Dome of the kage. (recieve Anbu/S-rank missions

A large dome shaped building that is located on the Peak of Light. It has an odd structure with lots of windows.

The room in which Himeko is located, has a Zero-G effect. Upon entering the room you become weightless and float in the air. All this is a precaution to prevent assasination. As you look across the room you notice a desk that is acompanied by a beautiful lady in blue robes.
