HTML users?

sooo can anyone here code html? I think i want to create a main page using html but i dont want to code the whole thing by myself.

Ummm.....wow.....I can't do it myself (I didn't take computers this year), but I might be able to ask a friend of mine. Although he might only know how to do animation and basic website design using pre-existing software. XP
